Questions manufacturers ask.
Can outside shopping agents order from us today?
Not yet. AI-agent support is in development, and there is no public agent API or ordering endpoint today. We’re building toward discovery, valid configuration and order preparation with customer confirmation. Today, buyers can already order and pay online through your Molldi storefront.
Who decides what customers can configure and what it costs?
You do. Your team approves the sizes, options, limits and pricing rules before launch.
Can it go on my existing website?
Yes. Add Molldi to your own site, or run a complete Molldi-hosted store.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $99/month, plus a fee on orders processed through Molldi and $500 setup per product.
We already have a quoting tool. Why switch?
You don’t have to switch everything at once. Molldi puts your rules and your price behind what customers design, so every configuration is buildable and priced the way you price it. Start alongside what you have, on one product.
Our products are too custom. Will it work?
That’s who it’s built for. We set up your sizes, spans and option rules, and anything outside them can’t be ordered.
What does the AI do for my customers?
Customers describe what they want in plain words. The AI changes the product using only the options you’ve published, and the price follows your rules.
How long does setup take?
Two weeks or less. We start with one product, and our team sets it up with you.
Which languages and units does it support?
Each store runs in its own language and units. Live stores today include one in English with inches and dollars, and one in Hebrew with centimetres and shekels.
